Regular appointments last approximately 60 minutes, allowing time for both discussion and the neurofeedback session. Each session is adapted based on how you are responding, ensuring your programme evolves with your needs.
Sessions can be booked individually or as part of a block package with discounts of up to 20%.
Your progress is monitored session by session, allowing us to adjust your training plan for the most effective results.
